Neuro-Linguistic Programming - NLP

Neuro-Linguistic Programming originated from the study of excellence in communication and in particular, the work of three outstanding therapists - Milton Erickson, Fritz Perls and Virginia Satir. Their observations revealed shared patterns of communication which facilitated change, healing and growth.

NLP grew from the study of excellence in communication and offers practical tools that work and a way of thinking which gives us new ways of understanding and exploring how we create our own world and structure our maps of 'reality'.

The purpose of NLP is to increase personal choice; it provides powerful and elegant tools for change in a changing world, and proves invaluable for personal development.

I sometimes use NLP in combination with acupuncture to facilitate long lasting mental and emotional changes or to help a person change patterns which they no longer find useful. If you have any questions as to whether NLP alone or in conjunction can help you please do not hesitate to contact me.
